How can we help?

First things first: in the game it is instant

Tap the gear at the top left and go to Settings → Delete Account (at the bottom of the list). You can delete it right away or schedule the deletion for 30 days later, with time to change your mind.

If you ask us here, we will write from soporte@mythfate.com to the account's email address to confirm it is you. We will not delete anything until you reply from that address. Playing as a guest, with no email? Tell us your summoner name.

Timeframe: 30 days at most; in practice, a few days.

What is deleted: your account and everything tied to it: profile, collection, decks, progress, currencies and items, friends, and your support messages with their screenshots.

What is kept: records of real-money purchases (amount, date and transaction ID), no longer linked to your account, for the period required by tax law; and the matches you played against other players, which are theirs too, with nothing that identifies you. Backups rotate within a limited period.
